Artichoke and Chipotle Bruschetta

1 cup artichoke hearts — drained
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh parsley — chopped; or 1 tsp dried
1 chipotle chile canned in adobo
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lime — juice only
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Place the artichoke hearts, garlic, parsley, chipotle, salt, and lime juice in a food processor and coarsely chop. Add the oil and process until it becomes a spreadable mixture but is not too smooth. Serve atop crackers or sliced Italian or French bread.
